When will I receive confirmation and tracking for my order?

Immediately upon placing your order, you will receive an email confirmation with the order details. Once your order has shipped, you will receive another email with tracking information.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes, we ship globally! If you encounter any issues with your shipment, please reach out to us at support@stake.fish.

What is the return/exchange policy?

Purchases can be returned within 14 days of purchase. You will be responsible for return shipping costs. To initiate a return, contact us at support@stake.fish. We do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different size, you will need to return the item, receive store credit, and repurchase the correct size. Please note, purchases made with cryptocurrency are only eligible for store credit.

I don't live in the U.S., but all pricing is displayed in United States Dollars (USD). Will I be charged in my local currency?

Yes, for shoppers outside the U.S., our credit card processor will convert the USD amount to your local currency, which will be reflected on your bank/credit card statement. Transactions will appear on your payment statement as stakefish LLC.

Can I cancel or modify my order after it’s been placed?

What if my item is damaged or defective upon arrival?

How do I apply a discount code to my order?

Discount codes can be applied at checkout. Enter the code in the designated field, and the discount will be applied to your order total. Only one discount code can be used per order.
